30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

Romantic Pearl Online Store sells products with excellent design and reliable natural freshwater pearls, and the quality is guaranteed. In addition, we have a quality assurance team that will carefully check the quality of the products before your order is packaged and shipped. Therefore, please be sure to check the detailed descriptions of all pearls and jewelry on our website before placing an order, and make sure that the size, color, and other order-related information of the pearls are correct. This policy is effective from the date of shipment.

 

The following situations are eligible for a full return and exchange policy:

If the pearls fall off, the chain breaks, etc., please notify us immediately by email and we will refund or exchange you within 30 days. (We will only exchange the goods for the same product, equal or lesser value.)

 

If we sent the wrong order or goods, you received any damaged goods, or the quality of the goods you received was defective, please notify us immediately by email and you will get a refund or exchange within 7 days.

 

The following reasons are covered by our 7-day limited return/exchange policy (return postage and exchange postage are at the customer's expense):

If you have chosen an inappropriate necklace, bracelet/ring size or chain length.

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, personal taste, ordering a large quantity for comparison or sizing purposes, or you did not see the detailed description, etc.).

 

Cancellation Policy:

Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately begin the process of making, shipping and dispatching the item. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please submit your request within 24 hours.

Please note that you will not be able to cancel or change your order once it has been dispatched.

 

The following reasons are not covered by our 30-day return policy and we are not responsible for them:

The product has been exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the luster and appearance of natural pearls. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs and spas. Our accessories are made of S925 silver or 18K gold plated S925 silver, which is easily damaged by oxidation.

Items that have been resized, updated and/or repaired are not eligible for this policy.

Products damaged by misuse, improper handling or improper maintenance.

Daily Wear

Avoid contact with chemicals:Such as perfume,cosmetics, hairspray, detergent,etc.To prevent corrosion of the pearl surface.

Avoid high temperature and exposure to the sun:long-term high temperature or direct sunlight may cause pearls to dehydrate, fade or crack.

Remove when exercising or bathing:sweat,water vapor and friction may damage the pearl layer or metal accessories.

Cleaning Method

Gently wipe with a soft,slightly damp cotton cloth,avoid soaking or using a hard brush.

Do not use paper towels,hard cloth,toothpaste or chemical cleaners to avoid wear or corrosion.

Dry naturally in the shade after cleaning, do not use a hair dryer or high temperature drying

 

 

Silver jewelry develops details through oxidation, and they may appear black over time. To remove stains, wipe with a silver polishing cloth to restore it to its original appearance.

 

Return service process for all orders received 30 days after the shipping date:

To return an item, please contact our customer service. Our customer service representative will contact you via email with return instructions. Please send an email to rp_afterservice@outlook.com. If it is a quality issue, please provide the order number and attach a clear photo of the item in question.

Once the return is accepted, we will refund the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with the returned item.

The returned item should be in the original condition it was received.

After returning the item, please be sure to provide the tracking number and receipt.
